Hey everyone!  A lot has been going on in my life and I’m excited to post about it all.  To start, my sister is getting married.  So, in order for me to stay in touch with her easier when she goes away, I am going to make my tumblr more personal by actually posting and posting pictures instead of just reblogging.  I’m not sure where she is moving to but I am not-so-secretly hoping for Washington because that is where I am moving in May.  I am graduating and moving there for an internship.  I am going to get my own piece of research, I will have an abstract due in December, and I’ll present at a conference in California in June 2013.  I’m stoked.  I am more nervous about doing well on my MCAT on April 5th because this will be my second time taking it and I need to do well so that I can apply in June for the 2013 matriculation cycle.  I REALLY want to get into my state school.

On another note, I’m coming home for spring break either next Wednesday or Thursday.  So, excited!  Then I am flying to Seattle on Saturday and driving to Spokane Monday.  We’re going to go to all of the tourist attractions in Seattle since I’ve never been there.  Jimmy wants to go to the aquarium…because…well, he loves aquariums.  I want to go to the fish market and the spice market.  Eat real, fresh sushi.  Yum.  Then we’re going skiing for a day or two in Spokane.  I’m coming home the following Saturday and the time is going to fly.

Hey! It has been far too long since I last posted. I have twenty minutes before infectious disease starts so what a great time to post on tumblr. Life has been pretty awesome lately. I moved my Mcat to April so I have a few extra months to study…thank goodness! I am loving my classes and although I don’t know most of my professors I do know two of them and they are epic. My human physiology professor taught at uc Davis medical school before he married and moved to teach at my school. The other professor is the head of the biology department and she plays tennis! Perfect conversation starter when she stopped and talked to me in the hall today. Besides that I am hopefully moving in with my boyfriend in May. My sister is getting married in April and my cousin is getting married in June. Crazy, huh? They are both younger than me and I am only twenty one. I’m hoping to go to Jordan’s wedding in June with jimmy (the invitation sent to my school was for the two of us which was adorable.). Ashley I don’t think is having a wedding but she did pick a ring out. Anyways ten minutes until class. I should start to look for my friend. XOXO
